This one hits hard for me. It was my mother's favorite commercial. She had me find out who did the music and I downloaded it for her. She passed in 2011. They only showed it during Thanksgiving time, of course, so it always brings me right back to our warm kitchen with loved ones around and all the holiday sounds and smells.

The best day in school as a kid was the day in art class we learned about deceptive ads. I remember the teacher played a Pogo Ball ad and paused it and it had some disclaimer on the bottom. We also learned ice cream in ads is actually just scoops of colored vegetable shortening. Etc. Kids should be required to learn how to spot scams and frauds. Fwiw I had a black and silver Pogo Ball and the thing really really REALLY did not work like an actual pogo stick. Basically the Pogo Bal lets you jump as high... as you can already jump.
